I’ve been doing the Piyo workouts for the past 2 weeks and have lost a total of 8.75 inches from all over my body. I may not be losing weight as fast as I would like but I am toning up nicely. Now to push through and keep going with the Thanksgiving week upon us and we’re hosting.
82.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

that is a huge plus and building muscle losing fat kind of balances the weight too, so you are doing great!

I can do a good chunk of it, use to do a lot of gymnastics/dance as a kid amongst other sports so I’m pretty flexible. But holding some of the poses is the hard part.

Inches are just as important as lbs! I encourage everyone to measure themselves.

I love piyo. I admit that I have to modify a lot of the poses, but it is an amazing workout. My problem is space. My place is very small.
