Have not been logging food the past week - instead just tracking in my head and ensuring I stay away from junk good. I m glad I was able to do it but looking forward to start tracking again to ensure I don’t have any regression.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
