So yeah. After much fits and starts I restart again. Today I decided to see what oatmeal on a regular basis will do to my moderately high cholesterol. Gonna add Omega 3 oil pills to the mix on payday too. I'm still fat but I was damn near 325 when my doc told me my cholesterol and blood pressure. Today in preparation for this I weighed in at 303. Gotta get under 3 bills. Would like to get to around 2 bills. We shall see how it goes.

So soup, and oatmeal and prob'ly still a fair amount of mr noodles at around 1500 calories a day. One cheat day a week on sunday when I do Sunday lunch with the adult kids (who don't want oatmeal and would sooner fried chicken)
