Im BACK! I've been away for a whole month, decided to take some time off because of health concerns/bad migranes..happy was nothing major..:) I still kept a mostly healthy diet but did not count calories or excersize so I did not lose any weight.and am 3.5 lbs heavier since last weigh in..but didnt go too crazy..today is my first day back on track so goodbye ice cream, hello rasberries!
59.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Welcome back! It can be hard to get back on track, but just keep plugging away and those 3.5 lbs will come off in no time!
