Try eating raisins, it’s a natural sweet, just don’t go too crazy with them lol 💪🏼😉👊🏻

I have switched to dark chocolate - one with orange or sea salt. I find that milk chocolate I could eat huge amounts. But dark chocolate I just eat a small piece and get my chocolate fix. It’s just a matter of finding something that will get you through a chocolate craving without too many calories or feeling like you failed at something. Hang in there.

me too. High quality chocolate seems to make it more worth the calorie hit. No milk chocolate for me. Also, I make sure to read the serving size when I do indulge so it fits into my daily calorie count. Only 9 squares per serving of the high quality dark chocolate with sea salt! Normally I could eat the entire thing plus a couple others, but I find it is more satisfying and am able to stick to the portion sizing.

You can eat chocolate - just *plan* to eat your chocolate. Every morning when I wake up, I fill out as much of my food diary for the day as I can. If you know you like a piece of chocolate in the evening, tell yourself "I'll have 2 squares tonight." and enjoy them when they happen! But trying to resist having it at all will usually just make you binge. You could also try to have smaller amounts by mixing it with healthy snacks. For example, slice a banana in half lengthwise and have some chocolate chips on it. This usually satisfies my craving without eating the whole chocolate bar!
