I held my own but truthfully I am a bit disappointed. I did very well while I was gone to the city and I expected a bit of a loss. I will continue to do well today so I hope to see the loss show up tomorrow.

Today I have a major dentist appointment. I lost my last baby tooth this summer. Today I am getting a post put in to attach a crown to. It is a 2 hour appointment. Definitely a suck it up moment! 2 hours will pass.
117.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
