Well got through a whole day of eating away. Oatmeal in the morning worked well. I had the salad all ready for myself and that worked well. I found a frozen entree from Crave (might be Devour in the USA). It was filling and relatively tasty. I was searching for sugar in the evening but all there was was Cheetos which are okay but not my kryptonite. Ate some but not crazy on it. Tomorrow morning I weigh in at home to see how I made out for these last few days.
