Busy weekend with things like a wedding, socializing, etc. I fell off the wagon with that wedding cake -- it was delicious! Fortunately I kept myself pretty busy so that I didn't put on as much weight as I could have. Back in the saddle again this week!
67.4 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
