Finally back in the 280's. Better fast until at least lunch then. 🍽️

Mostly 16/8 when I work 3 days a week. Used to be every day... Just switching it up for a while. Sometimes I go around 20 hours or so also.

The main reason is to keep my intake lower.. As you have seen I don't blink at 5k cal

I'm rarely full..ever. I prob just have a giant stomach 😁 I don't really ever crave certain foods but I do have favorites. Not really a sweets person either...

For example, most people eat 2 eggs for breakfast, I scramble up 6-8 minimum with yogurt, an Avocado, and 6 slices of bacon. I'd be hungry 2 hours later...

Not really a fan of pasta either. I might start doing more rice, just still keeping carbs to 150 or 200 lb max on lifting days

Usually sleep well, but 3rd shift and a 3 month old don't add up to sleep..

I wish I could eat and never get full.... I literally just ate ONE bite sized homemade pizza thing and I'm full already!! 😝

Almost 4 years now. The end game is back to days later on.. No reason to pass up the extra money now
