Today I started Keto. I’m sick and tired of being content with gaining weight. It’s not ok. It’s not healthy. I don’t like the way I look or feel so why haven’t I done anything about it? It’s because I haven’t had the motivation. My dear friend said she would check up on me. She is doing Keto as well. She broke it down for me to do it 3 days at a time so the Long haul wouldn’t seem so stressful to me. I feel better about that and I’m going to try it.

You’ll do fine. If you stick to the macros and keep your carbs 20 g or less, the fat will fall away. You’ll probably be at your ideal weight in less than six weeks. Good luck! 👍🏼
