Hi everyone -

I have not been posting lately and I apologize to my freinds, that includes most all of you !!!!!

This place has been the start of a rennaissance for me and it has been only since last year and that makes it important to me - I did the slide like everyone in the 40's or 50's with responsibilty, age, less time etc - Having people support me ,coming out of the woodwork, and from so many places , has been awesome for me and it goes right back to you - It has made me a strong person ,as far as this goes - I'm a person mostly who just needs to get back in the right direction and once I do, I just follow repetition - More carbs, less carbs, they are the determining factor when I go up and down -
I go back to posts when I was killing it , now just maintaining it -

My family and freinds (local) have taken up so much time - I have really been trying to get everything in my life and family's life going upward rather than sideways - Hitting some big issues straight on and starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel -
I wish I could convince my wife on some things but it goes both ways I'm sure she says the same is true of me -

I have not felt I could really contribute but I wanted to keep in touch and to say I check in to read daily -

The group of people on here now seem to be really , really motivated and it seems the site is rolling into high gear - Congrats to you all you people on the downward trend , keep it up - The people having issues, just stick with it - Your body needs to get in tune with what is happening to it and it gets "shocked" - No worries - Repetition and sticking with it will be your recipe for success - Hang in there - blah, blah, blah -

A little about me follows -
Maintaining always now between 200 and 205 but the 190's always make me feel light as a feather and the 180's I might as well just blow away in the wind - Lol -

Diet consisting of fewer foods than more -
Proteins consisting of rotisserie chicken or regular chicken, steak, fried fish (lightly) or baked, beef, turkey, ham, eggs, pork, pork rinds, beans , a little, shrimp , nuts rarely but love to eat peanut butter or almond butter better when I want something sweet - pbj jelly or paj jelly

Vegys include broccoli, asparagus, corn, onions,cabbage, green beans, celery, salad with the fixings, fajitas or stir fries, soups -

I rarely do fruits anymore, why I don't know - I do like smoothies with blueberries , cocoa mix, and almonds sometimes - banana, strawberries, blueberries, apples, oranges, etc -

Drinks are diet soda, caffiene mostly and gets rid of water weight but always be careful - bud select beer , some yuengling , water,

ice cream is my downfall along with m&ms, reeses but I don't do bowls full - I might do a half a coffee cup of m&m's with ice cream or a ice cream drumstick - I love me a dove bar, not only for the ladies -
