Have been eating lots of toasted flaxseed or multigrain bagels with becel & banana during the day for every meal. Haven't eaten meat in days, but don't miss proper meals. But it's also the junk food I'm eating at night. If it's not 2 helpings of homemade lava cake with 3 or 4 scoops of ice-cream, it's at least 4 chhocolate bars that I'm eating. My holidays are less than 2wks away & I am doing nothing to help myself lose any of the weight. The pils the doctor gave me to suppress my appetite don't seem (to me) to be helping me or maybe it's I'm not in the right frame of mind to help myself just now. Whatever, I want to lose, but I obviously want someone else to do the work for me.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
