I'm just claiming it now. blaming vacation. bought new gym clothes that fit better and are really cute to help motivate me...looking forward to round 2 of weightloss this coming Monday. this round is the goal weight round...50 more lbs...hard to believe this same routine could get me there...feels unreal and too easy. i also decided i want my body composition to change so I'm going to get very into weight lifting...even if i gain weight initially that's fine with me. i want to be muscular and toned and see muscle definition
90.7 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

For me, without the weight lifting, I would have gained a lot of the weight back by now. I hit my BMI weight (163 lbs) and I'm telling you I looked like crap. Saggy skin and muscles. I was no longer fat (technically I was no longer overweight either), but ONLY weight lifting could fix the mess my body was after being obese all my adult life. Anyway, just wanted to say Yes! Your plan is good!
