Went on a hiatus from dieting since my daughter’s wedding back in June. I did not eat good food over the 4 months and it definitely shows. Felt my clothes getting tighter and told myself ‘I’m not going back to where I was’. So, I got back on Keto starting October 1st but this is the first I weighed myself and wahlah I did gain. It was also more than I expected. Time to really focus and get busy!
82.8 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
