This drop is because I had a malt yesterday and I’m lactose intolerant 😳. It’ll be back up once I replenish my fluids. Not sure why it used to bother me some but now I almost feel sick. This time AS I was eating it rather than a couple hours later! 😳 plans for tonight changed therefore it threw my whole week off. I think I have it settled now until Friday night (leftovers). Pretty sure I’ll be sitting about 1600 daily average. That’s right around my maintenance right now with not going to the gym. We will see if I have a loss, gain or maintain. Logic says small gain because of the increase or maintain. With my body I’m guessing a 0.6-1# gain lol. I dislike change. My body seems to as well.

I’ve been highly critical this week. I now realize why I have such a wide range of BF% depending on the formula used. Some places like abdomen is smaller (a bit or recon lipo), shoulders, forearms, calves (we couldn’t even get a pinch there)... Then there is the lower back and lower thighs that still need a bit of work. Then comes the upper things and arse. Yeah THAT is where I’m holding my fat lol. I’ve even lose some over my ribs but not enough to really see them as I could 5 years ago. So another cut down to 1200 with a mix of cardio and weights is in order. Unfortunately I think it’ll have to be an 8-12 week cut 😭. That isn’t possible this time of year. I’ve restricted myself for 7 1/2 months and refuse to do so during times that eating is a big family thing. However, I believe I’ve found some weeks in there that I can cut for 2-6 days which would help some. Pretty sure cardio is in high order with the inner thigh fat.

I’ve never considered it lol. Normally I eat ice cream when I need to go. However I usually don’t have this reaction. It was almost like getting an instant tummy virus including the sweats! I feel much better this afternoon! Probably all the walking around with the field trip more than anything else lol. Getting out and moving around does wonders for what ails me and my mood! 😉😁

I don’t care for dairy that much ;). Cheddar cheese, American cheese, Mexican cheese dip and cottage cheese are all I need. The dip doesn’t agree some days but all the rest I do fine with. Something in the processing I guess.

Lol yeah. If I become allergic we have a problem! You don’t take away my sweets and my cheese or I get a bit irritable and irrational. It’s why I’m doing flexible dieting now rather that strict and rigid.
