Small drop. I KNOW this is water lol. Felt sick and couldn’t sleep well. Finally got up at 5:18 and realized I had to pee. Didn’t lay down again until 5:25- had to be the longest pee break ever. It’s the water 😣. Went all day yesterday. 2 1/2 bottles of water and a couple cups of weak coffee. Nothing else. And I went as much as if I’d have drank a gallon of tea as well. Went to bed at 133.4 if that lets you know how much water came off of me this morning lol. Normally it’s 1-1 1/2# at most not 2.6#.

Also quite hungry. Like shaking, tummy almost upset it’s growling so hard hungry. Went to bed still really full. So very thankful I have leftover pizza that needs to be eaten. Even more thankful that in my planning, I logged it for this morning 😍😁😍. I know my body and it’s best to wait until I’m just hungry and not growling where it hurts and I feel ill. So in half an hour or so I’ll eat pizza 😍. Starting the day off right!

I had 2.5 bottles of water I think. Then the coffee. Actually way more than I normally drink. 1/2 a bottle at dinner, other half about 10 and another half around midnight. Peed 6 or 7 times before noon haha. Stopped counting then as I was running errands and had to hold it several times (lots of places don’t have public restrooms). Coffee and a bottle of water today, diet limeade that I’m still working on. Still going every hour or two since I’ve been home lol.

Oh I forgot the pop for lunch! Didn’t finish it so maybe 8-10 ounces.
