I was hoping my weight was more down from vacation - no such luck! But I did come back 4 lbs heavier than when I left - now I'm only up 1/2 lb.
I have my surgery tomorrow for my sinuses, and I'm going to be out of commission exercise wise for at least a week or 2. I still bought lots of healthy food for the fridge, and hopefully I'll feel like eating some of it!
