Well, my cheating weekend showed on the scale this morning. I knew it would. Getting my butt back in gear today. My goal for this week is 4 lbs!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
