Ok in starting to think maybe 130 will stick around a bit. Maybe I’ll go ahead and try for 128-129 next week.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Goal hit! You're better than me. I think I'd take a week off at maintenance just to relax and celebrate a bit before trying for lower. But I sort of look for excuses to celebrate. :)

Thank you both! Lol LZ I look for reasons to celebrate too. However, I’ve seen this number 2-3 times and it always goes back up to 131-132. Id rather have a little wiggle room. BUT I did have pizza tonight :). Stopped at two pieces as I plan on having my other two for lunch this week. Good thing I made that decision early because I’m so very full now. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) nothing is ‘moving’. I’ve never had this problem for so long after surgery. Normal coffee helps. Being lactose intolerant helps all the time so it may be a shake for lunch tomorrow! 1300 calories just to get stuff moving haha. My point is that now I feel sick because I haven’t had relief. The ice cream makes me feel the same or worse but I’ll feel better this weekend. I’m not really trusting this number or my sadistic scale. Was planning to start jogging this week. HATE running for fun but enjoy short sprints. Thought if I could build stamina I could convince my kids to jog with me. Stupids rain and mud isn’t letting me though. Kids play ball and both need to build some stamina and the middle needs some muscle. Not sure how I got so off subject here lol. I blame chemo and mom brain!

Can you take stool softeners and would those help, do you think? They help me if I get myself stuck.

I had them with my first surgeries and I had issues swallowing them. The ones I got down didn’t help at all. I can’t seem to digest milk, sour cream or ice cream so those are about the only things that help. I also seem to have issues with almost every bbq sauce made. Ice cream is so much better though and makes the gas, nausea and upset tummy worth it lol (btw, I’m NOT better than you! I just might have hit this goal before you hit yours. This isn’t my last goal either. I just can’t decide where I want to be other than somewhere between 110 and 125.)
