My scale is being wonky this morning. 154.2, 153.6 (about 5x) and then 20 minutes later 153.8. So I’m just going to go with that LoL!
69.8 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
