Tired and hungry this week. Busy schedule and day out in Toronto for lunch and theatre. So proud of myself for only having carrot and ginger soup and salad in Italian restaurant for lunch instead of pizza and cannelloni that everyone else chose. Colder weather and busy perhaps that’s why I am so hungry? Struggling to get motivation. Tired. ....
