I did nutrisystem for two weeks. I sent back the rest of the food after 2 weeks. Not because it didn't taste good but it was too difficult for me to make my dinner, my husbands dinner (he is doing south beach) and then cook for my children. Plus they wanted to know why I couldn't eat what they were eating. I felt like I wasn't setting a healthy example. So now that I've been reminded of the correct portion sizes I'll try to continue to follow that and hopefully will continue to lose weight.

I am still so tired all the time though. I haven't started exercising outside of a 1 minute plank every morning and aiming for minimum of 5000 steps a day. I feel like I'm eating a well balanced menu with slow carbs, protein, and minimal fat so I wish I would feel more awake. I'm getting 6 to 7 hours of sleep every night too.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

maybe a little more fat with your protein may help with energy. when you have lower carbs especially when you cut out the sugar and refined carbs you can have less fuel to keep you going.
