nope I am a grumpy bear today, I had way too much fat yesterday and not enough protein and it messed me up. I need to plan better for my husband's last minute decisions to want steak and have to share mine. He has to have more limited fat, so I trimmed the tenderloin out for him and I got the rest. But good thing is I learned that I do much better on my higher protein then on higher fat. not enough protein in my calorie allotment, more fat,,,,, weight gain. and starving this morning.

It is such an amazing thing when we learn to know our bodies and what makes them run most efficiently! I find though, that what I need this week may not be right two weeks from now! 🤪

it is all a process when you are doing a new plan and I personally am not looking to lose weight just fat. so it is not a big deal to gain the pound it will be gone soon enough, learning the process for better numbers is well worth it.

my high school weight was 125 or 126 so yes. I was 157 when I restarted my keto diet and I had lost some weight before I signed up here. the weight is not the problem it is regaining my muscle mass and reducing the fat. I guess I should have just dropped down to that goal weight, but it is just a number. the true weight will revel itself when I get healthy and rebuild my body the best I can at my age. my true weight with enough muscle may turn out to be 130. I will not know until I get the shape I want. once you get clear on your goals the weight really doesn't matter any more when you are close to what you guessed was your ideal
