Eating was way off track today. Was helping a friend with paperwork and she wanted to show her appreciation by giving me some cake she made especially for me GF. I let it set there for awhile and it wouldn’t have bothered me not to eat it, but I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and that was more important than my diet. I did explain that I haven’t eaten cake in 5 months, and probably won’t again for another 5 months. I explained in a non guilt way that I feel best when I don’t eat grains , so hopefully I can get right back on track . I may need to do a meal planner as with colder weather now food choices are changing.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you did the right thing Sallymax1 and now that the yummy cake is out of the house you can continue eating healthy foods.
