Had Sigrid & Dieter Harp staying with us from Germany from Aug 14-20. My eating habits were all out of whack, although I did more exercise than normal. Did some walking & climbing stairs. Was only able to go with them every other day, as it was too much for me & I wasn't sleeping well & in a great deal of pain.
