I don’t know how I’m doing weight wise , haven’t seen a scale in a week. I’m trying to plan ahead as best I can, have health snacks on hand , water, but eating on the road can be rough! Oh well, I’m feeling good about it , so the scale will tell when I eventually find one. 😬
75.8 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
