Up and down and up again 🤷‍♀️ I gotta figure out how I’m gonna get back to my gym routine. I feel like I’m wasting my time maintaining this weight. I still have a long way to go #bellyfat

even if you can only go once a week on the weekend, you can start building those muscles working the various groups once a week. maybe you can do cardio work at home inbetween. with your work schedule it will be hard to run to the gym during the week.

Well I trust your 'program' :) The only thing missing may be a bit more 'patience' :) :) Sometimes we have periods of 'no scale movement' while our bodies 're-arrange' themselves :)

I don't think you are wasting your time at all. You are still on a downward trend if you look at your daily weight averages. Last week was an anomaly due to your vacation unless I am mistaken about the timing. From my perspective, you are showing steady movement downwards which I think is ideal so close to your goal weight. I mean, gym time won't hurt but don't feel like you are just spinning your wheels. Or rather, you are spinning your wheels and they are getting you closer and closer to your goal so keep it up!

Hope you can find time to get back to the gym - sounds like you want that. Don't worry about a little up and down - it just happens sometimes whether we like it or not but you are doing great and will continue that downward trend!!!!
