We went out to our favourite Cantonese buffet last night and I’m up which I expected. We haven’t been out on a date night since beginning of April. So I even indulged in the dessert section. I almost immediately had a sugar high. Lol. It was nice to eat and not count each calorie. I sure will be happy when I get the weight off and just have to maintain.
