Down a bit which is surprising after what I ate in Red Lobster celebrating my daughters birthday yesterday. Although the storm that came through last night moved all the humidity out. Beautiful cooler day today. Rings went on without an issue this morning. Beautiful bike ride along the lake. So many fisherman out there today. It was so wild and windy yesterday. Still, I was cycling against the wind this morning! Just love living by the lake.
