2000 calories on normal days 1500 on limited. I hope this works. Also I need help with refined calories.... do and don’t eat suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Also what is the best bread for this... I eat light rye bread as of now.

I eat a slice of Dempster’s whole grain toast. 100 calories per slice. I have miraculously been keeping my caloric intake to around 1200 daily. I can feel my body eating itself lol. Whatever works 👍

I don’t use “bread”. I Make this instead if I really want something like bread. The buns are totally like buns and even my son loves them. He says “oh you made me my buns” his buns? But ok he might as well Have some because a batch makes like 4 buns and I use one. He eats the rest usually!! https://www.ketovale.com/recipe/best-low-carb-bread/
