little mess up these last couple days...haven't eaten to well, but I got myself back in control today. In the past I have gained back over 50 lbs that I had lost, and i know how horrible it feels...and I refuse to go through that this time around.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We all experience little mess ups, the trick is to learn from what we do and get back on track for the overall downward trend. I know you can do this! :)

I realised that I just can not have the healthy body I want, and eat the food I want...some people can eat anything and not gain, but I really have to watch what I consume for the rest of my life. Sometimes that's frustrating, but my health is more important to me :)

It's not what we did yesterday or even an hour ago. Don't beat yourself up over it. It's what you do now (not tomorrow) that counts! I used to think I was alone in my struggle with my forever changes. Others have done it before us, and we will too!
