Walking is really powerful huh. Friday I wanted to save money on subway fare and walked to my dentist and back (3 miles) and walked to meet friends at soho (2 miles). We did some bar hopping but I dont drink so I all I drank was diet coke. I still took spin class before going out too. Yesterday at boot camp my instructor told me I looked like I lost some weight. That was really nice. Feeling great. Hoping I can get below 230 by the end of september. 2 pounds a week I think I can. :)
108.7 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You won't get any argument from me that walking is really powerful. :) Walking is how I started this journey and that is all I did for about the first four weeks. I still walk as much as possible and walked a little over 10 miles yesterday. Glad you are feeling great and I am sure you are looking great too. :)
