Just a lesson...to move on in right direction

No oops. Our weight fluctuates from day to day. I weigh most every day but record only weekly. If it gets to crazy I go to weighing only weekly. If I'm faithful to my WOE I know the weight will come off. Just keep on keepin on. 👍💕

Thank you ladies and gent (you are a gent WannabeHealthier or no?😬)! I know the weight fluctuates but I still chringe when I see it. I NEEEED to stop weighing every morning but the scale calls my name! “Please madam, I’m loooonely” it says, “come stand on me. You know you want to.” I know. I’m weird. At this point in my life, I don’t care.😊 Anyway, I really appreciate the encouragement folks!! I love the people on this app. 😍

Highlander Heather....thanks for the info! I intermittently fast almost everyday apparently, except for 1 cup of coffee in the morning. I don’t eat breakfast. I eat lunch around 1 or 2. And that’s it. So far it’s working for me! EXCEPT...I do drink. Water & diet lemonade from Chick Fil A during the day & 1 cup of coffee in the morning. So I guess it’s not IF?🤷🏼‍♀️
