Inching up again. Time to get back to the week and reality. I've GOT to come up with some better choices on the weekends. Yesterday I fell into a vat of fondue made with brie and edam cheeses. I mostly ate the apples with it, but... fondue! Oh, and ale. It was delicious. I'm a pound heavier. *sigh*
68.5 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No! It certainly helps to have a friend :) I did hit the weights last night and walked over the weekend more than I've walked in a long time, so that's probably why my gain wasn't big. I'm a sucker for cheese, though... holy cow. It's my crack.
