I am here today and also I have gone back on my fat fast 3 day woe, but will try to continue beyond 3 days as best I can. It has been an up/down/all around journey these past few days, but things will be ok. I am (of course) frustrated with my job situation and just basically 'stuff' but again things will be ok, I did not renew my membership to the 24/7 fitness club bascially since i kind of slacked off on going. It was a good idea to be able to go 24/7 EXCEPT that when I probably would go I would rather be asleep! And right now in my life getting up early or stopping on my way home after work would not work out. Maybe someday in the future or so, I just don't know. Seems like I'm tired alot lately. But again, things will be ok.

stress can do that to you. Try to make sure you eat enough to fight off fatigue and overall mood swings.
