Trying to not eat too much during the day. Mostly having open faced tomato sandwiches on w wheat English muffins with unsalted butter. Working hard to stay away from chocolate & dessert.
Bought a PUPPY on Monday!!! She is definitely making me move more, even if it's only taking her out & in as she's not house-trained yet & we don't have a fenced yard.
Am really hoping she helps me lose weight & that I can get back into walking as she gets older.
Still waiting for a consult for my knee repair!
