No bicycle ride or scale for the next six days. Go to see Bangkok for first time. Have packed suitcase friendly foods and have no idea if I can stay on track or not. Scale will tell on return. 😜

My son lived in Bangkok for the past three years and just moved back. I was there last summer and had a great time in Phuket and Karabi. Enjoy!

Enjoy the experience and don’t short yourself by not trying the local food :). Whatever ‘damage’ you do will come off quick with your discipline! Have a good trip!

Land of fish and all things good if you look for it. Enjoy! Should be a cakewalk on the food deal?

I'm jealous, just have fun! If you gain a couple lbs it won't be the end of the world. You got the skills to drop it off again when you get back.

Sounds wonderful! I most definitely would throw caution to the wind and eat freely but you have to do what you feel most comfortable with and you’ve definitely had food results with keto. Have fun!

it's amazing out there. you must try tom yum soup ? it's not fattening (unless they add coconut milk ) but it's lush. enjoy 👍

I have many photos, visited many places, temples and museums. People there are so friendly and kind. I remember that I asked for their permission to take photos. I even saw special cockroaches offered on the roads, no didn't eat, not so brave. Have fun and enjoy :-)

Deeply appreciate your well wishes and kind comments. Fun to see a new place, once in a blue moon. Tried out the sky train, and got lost. Had to study the map better, and got it right the second time. lol. Silly things that happens. Crickets suppose to contribute very favourably to our gut environment, so if I see it, I will try some.
