Hmmm wrong day for a jump. Perhaps water retention because of all the stuff I did yesterday? Not lifting but I did move a ton of boxes and furniture. Doubled my usual steps and it didn’t even count the steps while I carried things. Friday it should be down again if it’s because of yesterday. I like predictability!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
