Found out my thyroid is out of whack. Start medication today.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it will take a few weeks to see a noticeable difference, but that's great that you found out! Thyroid problems have a myriad of downstream effects if not treated. You should start to notice more energy and less fatigue within a week or so :)
