This was not a great week for me, but I managed to lose a couple of ounces. I will do better in the coming week. I have to weigh-in tonight at a church weight loss group. I hope to have had at least a no loss, no gain day. I had the munchies all day Sunday, I kept going back to the fridge and looking for something sweet that I could sink my teeth into. It started when we got home from church, the roast in the crock pot wasn't ready and the smell in the kitchen was overwhelmingly good.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You've got this! I went off the rails big time yesterday. So I'm wondering if you enjoyed the indulging at the time? My feeling is that the food tastes good but the out of control aspect took some of the the fun out of it.
