No change. Yesterday was a lay in bed and read kinda day. I didn’t get much activity. Only went shopping for a couple of hours (walking) and cleaned the house for a couple of hours (laundry, dishes, organizing ect) 🤷‍♀️
72.4 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
