This is what stress does to me :( well today I start a new day. See what that brings
77.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week

Yeah, it's a new day Nikki. I've been eating more the past week but also walking more but haven't lost any more weight. I had hoped to up my calories a bit, exercise more and continue to lose slowly but it didn't happen that way. So, I'll have to closely monitor my food intake and keep the calories under 1000. That sounds low, but at my age and with my height it allows me to lose a pound a week. Have you noticed that your rate of loss has slowed down? Mine has so some tweaking is in order.

Yeah I’d probably have to eat less now too. I find it extremely hard :(

It will drop over a few days. I do this all the time when I’m stressed and bring my weight up over 2 pounds then I loose it over 3 days as it’s always water retention from the carbs!

Dzemsta I did have a lot of rice yesterday and the day before :(

That would do it Nikki the rice has lots of carbs so you’re up water weight! It will look drop
