Bravo! You are so inspiring. Keep up the good work. I hope you have seen the Lovin Spoonful cookbook, from the vegan restaurant by the same name, here in Tucson. Some of her recipes I make every week. LOVE THOSE VEGGIES!

Thank you! I will have to check that out! My cookbook collection is growing. I found a veggie burger cookbook at bargain hunt yesterday for a $1! I snagged it up real quick! 🤣

This book is expensive. Maybe I can find a way to post my fave recipes online. I also like that they are simple!!! I do now have a veggie burger that is easier than most. Gotta cook today in order to eat healthy! Keep it up!
