I’ll take it! Was expecting a bit of a rise as I had a hard workout yesterday and normally that meals a slight increase. But I also forgot my water yesterday so it was quick runs to the water fountain between activities and no way to measure how much I actually drank.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
