not pneumonia. just a flu bug going around. even though I could eat normally yesterday I still lost. was not expecting that. hopefully it keeps going! maybe because I stuck with ketosis diet while I was sick it made it drop that much that quickly? I'm not sure. we shall see. I'll give it a few more days to gain. I'm sure I will.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
