8/11: Fat 12.6%, Muscle 64.70kg (W 58.0%)
8/18: Fat 13.1%, Muscle 66.10kg (W 58.4%)

New personal best in muscle weight. Have now set focus on fat intake reduction, and hope to be under 13% by next Saturday.
79 kg Lost so far: 49.7 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So that is a 3# muscle gain in a week?? And 1/2% bf loss? How are you growing muscle so fast?? Trainer said I built 8# in the last 6 weeks but that seems quite high to me. I’d love to build 3# per week and lose that 1/2% bf!

peeperjj I've learned to not take the body composition scale numbers too seriously. Find peace with trying to spot a trend. Saw my weight go down, so I stuffed myself a few days.

Ours has stayed the same. Literally always 38-39% BF! Yet the trainer says I went from 26% to 19%. As soon as I think I have it figured out something throws me a curveball. So glad you’ve got yours figured out! How did it feel to stuff yourself? I find that it feels good but it’s not something I’d want to do daily like before my diet.
