HMR? Atkins/Keto? 1500 calorie diet? Low fat?
The decisions are endless.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
