Back on track with my WOE. I'm reading Wheat Belly and learning so much! It explains a lot of the symptoms I've had after eating wheat, particularly why I was fine as a child but not as an adult. It's interesting to me to pay attention to my body and the way it reacts to certain foods. It's helping me lose weight and feel better, which is awesome.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
