Dropped some today. Been working on my website a bunch while on vacation from my real job. Lots of ass-itis. Less exercise than usual. Feeling good tho and not eating for no reason.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
