about 3 weeks ago I weighed myself and this was the number. I have been working at it for 3 weeks doing ketosis diet and I have lost that. actually weight to go in tomorrow
126.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you can select the correct date for your start weight. I started 10 month ago, but only got on fat secret a few weeks ago. better to see the actual progress timeline

It's not my real start date. I just got caught up for a bit with back injuries and other stuff going on and I just stopped the diet and working out all together. Not starting over completely. Just gunna make my journey a little longer
